Facility Operations, Maintenance and Repair (SIN 811-002) – This is IS’s largest department, providing comprehensive facilities maintenance and management services to contract clients through a combination of in-house staff and subcontractor support. IS capability incorporates mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems operations, maintenance and repair, custodial, landscape, ice and snow removal and water and sewage treatment. Ancillary Repair & Alterations (SIN 003-97) – This department provides rapid response for HVAC, mechanical, electrical, carpentry and plumbing service needs as well as renovations, doors/windows, flooring and painting requirements. The Service Department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Emergency services for HVAC, mechanical and plumbing systems are a core capability.

IS has supported customers along the east coast with their needs since 2000 with quality service, maintenance and repair services. Our performance in the care and operation of these systems is clearly demonstrated by our work in over 165 separate contracts across a wide array of federal and DoD clients.
